I watched it a few more times. The patient is not strapped on the board, there is no C-S[ine stabilization via a C-Spine collar. There is no additional precautions such as CID Blocks. Look at her head when the truck starts, the who point of a back board is to keep your cervical spine straight so if you have a spinal injury it doesn’t get worse!

If this seriously happened it would have been publically reported and the ambulance company involved would’ve been ravaged by lawsuits, not to mention a propable desire by their city to replace them.
