surely to really win completely, you have to please everyone. Sure he help out the poor middle class but the upper class will try to burry him if he makes any tiny mistakes. Afterward his run for office, they probly hang him really high. I wouldn’t be surprised. he have to play that game really well to please both but still uphold integrity to many people who is in need. upper class might be few in numbers but they hold the power equal to or greater than the lower classes. hope hes like ron paul

on #3, obama himself said “we were asleep at the switch” he was also refering to himself as he was on the senate, so its true, the stock crash was under bush’s watch, but lets not forget that both democratic controlled houses were also watching.

bgrawhot: Nice, now it looks like he’s going to make attorney general out of a guy that pardoned a fugitive. How far will you follow this guy? Right off the cliff? Wake up, man…

  12. joelseph98 says:

bgrawhot: Wow. It was very clearly not what Nancy Reagan thinks. In fact, he almost immediately issued an apology. So spare me the silly explanation. It was a mistake. His mutt comment was directed at himself but, again, was very foolish.

You can’t blame Bush for the markets crashing any more than you can blame Clinton for 9/11. And for #4 – again, we all know what he meant. It was very poorly worded. Just like ‘spread the wealth around’. He’s showing how unprepared he is. Clearly.

  13. bgrawhot says:

    1. Obama told us what Nancy Reagan thinks.
    2. Obama called himself a ‘mutt’
    3. The stock crash is on Bush’s watch
    4. Obama said the ‘consensus’ of all that whatever needs to be done to stabilize the economy he will do.

Fascinating how posters try to manipulate thungs.

  14. TripeHoundRedux says:

hmm, that was actually intended as a reply to an atrociously written comment. I clicked the reply button yet it didn’t attach it to the right place, odd.

  15. TripeHoundRedux says:

Why is you can’t wrote grammatically?

You is not even close to written well ;)

  16. joelseph98 says:

Let’s take a little stroll down memory lane and recap what Obama has screwed up since winning the nomination:

    1. Insult Nancy Reagan
    2. Effectively call multiracial people ‘mutts’.
    3. Biggest stock crash after an election in history. Oh but yes, must have been the jobs report. Right…
    4. Announce he will do ‘whatever it takes’ to stabilize the economy, and we shouldn’t worry about next years deficit.

Bring on the disillusionment. This is going to be a very fascinating 4 years.

  17. joelseph98 says:

marco: I’m not sticking up for W, I’m sticking up for reality. Stop jumping on the bash bush wagon and think for yourself. It’s very clear who is most responsible for the financial crisis, and like him or not, it’s not Bush.

  18. marcomariaz26 says:

Bill Clinton’s policies has much to do with it, so sure, he’s going to deflect. W is an asshole. Stop sticking up for him.

  19. queenrosered says:

I was for Hillary and I’d still have been happy if she had won, but I am now a believer re: Obama and his vision for the future of America. He DOES care, which is something lacking in our President since ole “numbnuts” got in there and not seen since Clinton’s Presidency. And chosing Hillary as Secretary of State would be an awesome statement, as she is revered in most countries. Anyone who hasn’t, needs to watch her speech at the Women’s Conference in Bejing.WOW.Don’t sell Dems short this time.

  23. joelseph98 says:

kaazim: “buddy wake up, the American economy is already suffering along with the world economy”. Wow, there’s a great defense. Why worry about the economy, it’s already broken.

News flash: The economic crisis has had VERY little to do with Bush. Bill Clinton even agrees that Congressional Democrats are to Blame. Also it’s notable that Obama is the #2 recipient of proceeds from the Fannie Mae crash. I realize life is simpler when you can just Blame Bush for everything, but come on…

  24. kaazim says:

If Obama institutes his socialist policies the American Economy will suffer…..buddy wake up, the American economy is already suffering along with the world economy. Worst since the great depression and who is in the White house presiding when it happened? Not Obama.
So would you rather the same status quo policies?
You worry about Obama and Biden…would McCain and PALIN (Palin who thinks Africa is a country) have been a better option?
PALIN as VP…wow…that would have been scary!!
