    The elephant in the room is the fact that Britney Spears has multiple personalities from trauma based mind control. Russel Brand probably knows this because he has made references that would indicate that he does, references like David Icke.

    I think the elephant was put there because she looked so different and great compared to when we last seen her, they are testing whether you notice the elephant compared to how stunning Britney looks.
