1. Login to your The New Virus account and hover your mouse or click on “Posts” on the left hand administration sidebar.
2. Click “Add New”
3. To add a picture to your submission look above the WYSIWYG editor where it says “Upload/Insert” and click the first box that looks like

4. This will open the media area and allow you to upload the picture from the area which you select. Select the file you wish to upload or insert. Once you have completed the form to your desired settings click the insert button at the bottom of the media which you are looking at.
