All the new reviews out with professional riders, all the litre bikes are so close, but the R1 came first than Kawa, Honda was very close to Kawa in 3rd and then Suzuki… actually last out of the 4, which was real surprising to me, and those were all stock bikes!
And even with the money we put into our bikes here in the states, or probably “JAP” bikes as everyone says, we probably still save money over the high priced, high maintenance, European bikes!
Noise regs are never an issue here in the states because most people buy their machines and instantly install after market exhaust and power commanders. So what your saying is not true. In the states we just get screwed for our money to buy all these aftermarket parts. Euro bikes are no faster than in state bikes because we stay ready. We invest a lot of money in exhaust, heads, clutches, Power boxes, tuning, weight reduction, etc. Now who’s really got the faster bike??? We don’t mind PAYING.
If you read ANY review in STOCK form the Kawi leads the 1 liter class. I have a 06-ZX10R and i rock bussa’s and GSXRs and R1s like they are going out of style, but there is always someone out there with more mods and more money than you. Thus meaning it comes down to what everyone said. Mods/Rider.

all the 1 litre sports bikes are nearly all the same,but european bikes are faster than american bikes as the the noise regs are not as strict as the usa regs and emissions laws…. any way who really cares which is faster just go out and ride….

if your triying to show that gixxer is superior than kawa then your wrong, you know that boths bikes are very similar and kawasaki always has been a powerhouse, anyway i respect suzuki for me suzuki and kawa are the most faster bikes btw soon ill get a gsxr 750, but in the end everything its about the rider!!!! anyway good video!! 5*

most often it comes down to who hits the gas first and who shifts the cleanest when you have two extremely similar bikes, course not much keeps up with my 07 gsxr 1000 either way.

Look what you just said 2008 its a 2006 zx-10 as you can see, and both bikes have motor work, they are not in stock form, some of you guys kill me lol
just look at the july 2008 issue of cycle world. then you will see that the ten pulls harder then any….A..N..Y of the other 2008 bikes. from 100-180mph it is a joke the closest bike there was the MV agusta that took .75 seconds longer. then the busa that took 1.71 seconds longer to get there.

Assuming the gix has stock gearing ,Put a 16/39 or 17/42 combo on the 10 and see what difference then!?[stock 06/07 10 is way tall geared like K4's]
