    If the it would a loaded shell of buckshot, the round might fire, but putting lead of top of black powder wouldn’t do anything, it would do the same thing and the led would stay there. The force created to propel bullets is created by the black powder igniting and expanding, needed room to expand rapidly propels the bullet outwards…
