In the early 1990s, there was a SNL commercial parody for a hair care product called SAL’ON, with the accent on the first syllable. Saying SAL-on alone would make your hair thicker and fuller.

Old enough to remember shoe stores with X-Ray machines to adjust your shoe size. Now lead apron or anything, just put your foot under and take pictures until you find the right fit.

whats so shocking? You get a hell of a lot more radiation beamed at your head when you use a cell phone.
The idea was to test whether or not the cream removed the dirt that HAD the radioactivity, not to see if it could eliminate the isotopes themselves. The only reason they put in the radioactivity was so that they could determine whether or not the dirt had been removed.
the cream wasn’t radioactive, the dirt was.
